Collective Concepts Covid-19 Policy

Updated 30th November 2021

Providing a safe environment for our clients, guests and the communities we operate in will always be our number one priority. In times such as these, we believe it is our role and responsibility to do our best to ensure we can provide services to our clients while doing everything reasonably practicable to keep our clients, our suppliers and our team healthy and safe.

This includes following the advice of the New Zealand Government and their recommendations for minimising the spread of Covid-19.

Here are a few of the measures we have in place to keep our clients, our suppliers and our team healthy and safe:

  • We undertake increased cleaning and sanitisation of our common work and gathering areas in our office, on site and our service vehicles.
  • We brief suppliers, MC’s, clients and their guests on what good practice look like on site to minimise the risks of Covid-19 to all those on site.
  • We ask any team members displaying flu like symptoms to refrain from coming to work, while having benefits in place to ensure team members are not disadvantaged financially through this process.
  • We educate our team on correct hygiene etiquette including washing and drying hands regularly well, and provide all on site teams with cleaning kits (sanitiser, antiseptic wipes and spray, and disposable cleaning cloths, etc) and provide training in the use of these kits.
  • We wear, and encourage others to wear, face coverings in recommended locations, such as indoor venues.
  • We have adopted the Covid-19 Protection Framework (otherwise known as the traffic light system) and request that all persons aged 12 and over(clients, guests, delegates, staff, volunteers, contractors, suppliers, etc.) entering the Collective Concepts office or a Collective Concepts planned, managed and/or delivered events or weddings produce their vaccine pass (alongside showing valid photographic ID) for verification via the NZ Pass Verifier on arrival.
