We come to the location of your choice – home, office or venue, set up and style your celebration, provide you and your guests with mouth watering refreshments and seamless service for the duration of your event, and once your celebration is over, we take everything away so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Choose from a two, three or four hour* Pop up Party, with your BYO beverages served or add on a beverage package.

Our parties are perfect for office celebrations and end of year festivities, client networking events, product launches and premise openings, birthday parties and in-home entertaining.

Pop up Parties are priced from $2500* and include:

  • Full planning and coordination of your Pop up Party
  • Custom signage and styling package
  • Canapes tray served to your guests on arrival
  • A platter style grazing station or ‘walk and fork’ style catering
  • Seasonal fruit punch (non alcoholic)
  • BYO beverages or add on a beverage package

  • Delivery, set up and pack down

  • Signage and styling package includes welcome sign and easel, menu boards or tent cards, decor for beverage and catering stations, and serveware
  • Beverage packages available from $20pp for 2 hours (glassware included), compliance with Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2015 applies
  • Add on’s: additional styling, backdrops, florals, decor, props, furniture, sweet treats, premium beverage and cocktail options, entertainment, photo booth, photography, videography, glassware, invitations and much more!
  • Please enquire directly for  parties with over 60 guests or longer than four hours in duration and we will custom create and price a party for you.
  • Based on a minimum of 20 people for two hours. Beverage packages are priced separately. All prices include GST.
