Our knowledge of food, and experience with what works and what doesn’t, means we can assist you with menu selection and advise on what style of service will work best for you guests, taking into consideration the type of event, your target audience, the time available, and venue layout.

Every menu, for every client is custom created to your style of event, personal tastes, dietary requirements, seasonal availability and budget. Where possible we believe in sourcing and utilising locally grown (or made products) to showcase the specialties of the region to guests or delegates from other parts of New Zealand or overseas.

Our catering partners include passionate chefs and service staff who have catered for media launches, international conferences, corporate businesses, festivals,  incentives and sports events, along with a myriad of other occasions that have required a high calibre of culinary skill and experience. With Collective Concepts overseeing the catering arrangements you can confidently turn to other aspects of your event while we coordinate the details right down to the service timings and overall event run sheet, delivering you a seamless event that saves you time and maximises your budget.

Do you have a get together coming up and need a little help from the professionals to put it all together? A Collective Concepts custom designed, full service Pop up Party is the perfect place to start.

We come to the location of your choice – home, office or venue, set up and style your celebration, provide you and your guests with mouth watering refreshments and seamless service for the duration of your event, and once your celebration is over, we take everything away so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Choose from a two, three or four hour* Pop up Party, with your BYO beverages served or add on a beverage package.

Our parties are perfect for office celebrations and end of year festivities, client networking events, product launches and premise openings, birthday parties and in-home entertaining.

Pop up Parties are priced from $2200* and include: Air Liquide Christchurch Facility Opening

  • Full planning and coordination of your Pop up Party
  • Custom signage and styling package
  • Canapes tray served to your guests on arrival
  • A platter style grazing station or ‘walk and fork’ style catering
  • Seasonal fruit punch (non alcoholic)
  • BYO beverages or add on a beverage package
  • Food and beverage service staff

Sample Standard Beverage Package

How much your guests will drink at your event is often a bit of a grey area.  A beverage package can be a good option to alleviate some of the worry associated with going over budget when there is an open bar tab.  You have the flexibility to select the wines, beers and other beverages (how about a signature cocktail!) you would like your guests to receive and the number of hours the beverages are available for.

All full service beverage packages include: Licensed Duty Manager, application of special licence (if required)*, bar staff, glassware, ice, ceremony and reception bars and beverage service equipment, removal of rubbish and recycling.

  • Prosecco
  • Local wine selection (choice of 1x white wine + 1x red wine)
  • NZ beer and cider selection (choice of 2 plus 1x light beer)
  • Selection of juice and soft drinks
  • Fruit infused water station

Packages must be taken over consecutive hours.

  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic punch, and spirit selections can be priced and included on request.

  • Provision for food must be made when serving alcohol under the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012.

 

Service of your BYO Beverages

Along with full service beverage packages, we also offer the option to serve your own BYO beverages.

$175.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Includes: Licensed Duty Manager, bar staff, glassware, ice, ceremony and reception bars and beverage service equipment, removal of rubbish and recycling.

Beverage service must be delivered over consecutive hours.
All prices exclude GST.

Notes:

  • Pricing based on up to 120 guests. If your numbers are higher we can quote accordingly.
  • Refrigeration / chiller trailer not included. Please advise if you require a price.
  • Provision for food must be made when serving alcohol under the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012.
