Our events catering team includes chefs and event managers who have organised events for media launches, international conferences, corporate businesses, and hospitality industry professionals.  At Collective Concepts we are all passionate foodies, so it is important to us that we work with only the best catering teams.  Our knowledge of food, and experience with what works and what doesn’t means we can assist with menu selection and advise on what style of service will work best for your guests, taking into consideration the type of event, the time available, and venue layout.

If a custom made menu is what you are after we can work with our team of caterers to design a menu befitting of your event.  Where possible we believe in sourcing and utilising locally grown or made products as this can highlight the specialties of your region to guests or delegates from other parts of New Zealand or overseas.  We consider the style of the event, your target audience, seasonal availability, and of course your budget.  With Collective Concepts taking care of the catering arrangements you can focus on the guest list while we coordinate everything else right down to the service timings in conjunction with the overall event schedule.  This ensures a seamless event and saves you time and money with only one point of contact required – your Collective Concepts Event Manager.

Pop up Parties

Do you have a get together coming up and need a little help from the professionals? Collective Concepts now offer the perfect solution for your next celebration with our custom designed, full service Pop up Parties.

We come to the location of your choice, set up and style your celebration, provide you and your guests with mouth wateringrefreshments and seamless service for the duration of your event. Once your celebration is over, we take everything away so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

All Pop up Parties include:

  • Custom signage and styling
  • A platter style grazing station
  • Canapes served to your guests
  • Seasonal fruit punch (non alcoholic)
  • Service staff
  • Delivery, set up and pack down

2 Hour Pop up Parties from $59pp*. Beverage packages available from $26pp for 2 hours.

Sample Beverage Package

How much your guests will drink at your event is often a bit of a grey area.  A beverage package can be a good option to alleviate some of the worry associated with going over budget when there is an open bar tab.  You have the flexibility to select the wines you would like your guests to receive and the number of hours the beverages are available for.  Packages are then priced accordingly.

All full service beverage packages include: Licensed Duty Manager, application of special licence (if required)*, bar staff, glassware, ice, ceremony and reception bars and beverage service equipment, removal of rubbish and recycling.

Service of your BYO Beverages

Along with full service beverage packages, we also offer the option to serve your own BYO beverages.

$220.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Includes: Licensed Duty Manager, bar staff, glassware, ice, ceremony and reception bars and beverage service equipment, removal of rubbish and recycling.

Beverage service must be delivered over consecutive hours.
All prices exclude GST.

  • Pricing based on up to 120 guests. If your numbers are higher we can quote accordingly.
