The quality of the catering at your event is what guests will remember and talk about long after the event is over.  With Collective Concepts Event Management you can be sure the food will receive the care and attention it deserves.  Collective Concepts knows cuisine!  Our Event Managers are food and beverage specialists passionate about cuisine, and our service staff are friendly and efficient.Our events catering team includes a trained chef and event managers who have organised events for media launches, international conferences, corporate businesses, and hospitality industry professionals.  At Collective Concepts we are all passionate foodies, so it is important to us that we work with only the best catering teams.  Our knowledge of food, and experience with what works and what doesn’t means we can assist with menu selection and advise on what style of service will work best for your guests, taking into consideration the type of event, the time available, and venue layout.

High Quality Catering

If a custom made menu is what you are after we can work with our team of caterers to design a menu befitting of your event.  Where possible we believe in sourcing and utilising locally grown or made products as this can highlight the specialties of your region to guests or delegates from other parts of New Zealand or overseas.  We consider the style of the event, your target audience, seasonal availability, and of course your budget.  With Collective Concepts taking care of the catering arrangements you can focus on the guest list while we coordinate everything else right down to the service timings in conjunction with the overall event schedule.  This ensures a seamless event and saves you time and money with only one point of contact required – your Collective Concepts Event Manager.

Beverage Packages

How much your guests will drink at your event is often a bit of a grey area.  A beverage package can be a good option to alleviate some of the worry associated with going over budget when there is an open bar tab.  You have the flexibility to select the wines you would like your guests to receive and the number of hours the beverages are available for.  Packages are then priced accordingly.

Te Hana Sparkling Wine
Waipara Valley Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir
NZ Beer Selection (Choice of 2 plus 1x light beer)
Selection of Juice
Fruit Infused Water Station

Package Includes:

Licensed Duty Manager and required staff for bar service.

All prices are per person and include GST:

$22.00 for 1 hour
$30.00 for 2 hours
$37.00 for 3 hours
$42.00 for 4 hours
$48.00 for 5 hours

After 5 hours all beverages will be charged on consumption (pricing will be given with package quotation).  Packages must be taken over consecutive hours.

Please note: Alcoholic & non-alcoholic punch, cider and spirit selections can be priced and included on request.  Glassware, bar set up, refrigeration and chillers can be priced if required at your chosen venue.

Provision for food must be made when serving alcohol under the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012.
