Experienced Event Staff
Supervisor / Duty Manager: from $49.50 per hour
Event host / Food & Beverage staff: from $43.50 per hour
Rates apply when booked alongside Collective Concepts Event Management, Wedding Planning or Coordination services. Minimum of 4 hrs per shift required, travel may be additional, different rates will apply for public holidays. Rates cover all administration, PAYE, Kiwisaver and holiday pay costs. Rates are reviewed in April each year and are subject to annual living wage increases.
Wedding Day Venue Set up & Pack out
Price: From $1250.00 incl GST (set up) + $750 incl GST (after hours pack out)
- Preparation of venue floor plan to confirm placement of all details
- Ceremony set up and breakdown – placement and pack down of chairs, styling items, archway and register signing table
- Reception set up – placement of tables, chairs, lounging areas, catering stations, bar and table top items, set up of gift table, cake table, lounge area and outdoor seating + styling items
- Reception breakdown – pack up of your styling items into boxes for collection after the wedding and furniture to agreed area of venue for easy supplier collection.
From rates are based on weddings of up to 120 guests and having the ceremony and reception being hosted at the same venue/location. All the equipment to be onsite and ready to set up at the agreed time. Please note that this price does not include equipment hire and/or delivery of any equipment to the venue, or ceiling installations. Quotes for these available on request. Approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding, details of set up and equipment are to be provided to Collective Concepts so final pricing and resources can be confirmed.
