Back in May 2021 we were delighted to work alongside the International Antarctic Centre (IAC) team to deliver a very ‘cool’ corporate dinner for Mitre 10 New Zealand Trade.
This event had the perfect mix of education, immersion, surprise and style…and let’s just say the 140 guests we hosted LOVED their experience.
We pulled together an epic supplier team to create the dining space in the atrium and then stayed on for the night, with Kate getting back to her roots running the front of house team for Blinkhorne Foods, and our beverage service team on hand to support the IAC front of house team. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again…teamwork makes the dream work!
