The Northland Salon Culinaire is an annual hospitality event run by not-for-profit association Northland Chefs and sees secondary students, tertiary students and industry professionals competing in a variety of static, hot kitchen and front of house competitions over two days. The competition is held at NorthTec, Whangarei. Collective Concepts was contracted to gain sponsorship and prizes for this event and ensure sponsors exposure was in line with their contribution, generate entries, manage the registration desk at the event and a variety of administrative duties associated with running such an event.
