Introducing ‘One for the Road‘ vintage caravan bar. This beautiful mobile bar service is perfect for you to hire for your next special occasion. Whether it be for your event, celebration, wedding or just because… we love a good get together and want to make your event one to tell the grandkids.

This 1976 Zephyr caravan was lovingly restored and converted into a fully functional bar by a father–daughter duo from Southland and has served many during its time down south. We have re-homed this adorable caravan bar to Christchurch to serve Canterbury with a unique bar. To deliver you an unforgettable experience for your special occasion.

 

Package Inclusions

• Set up and pack down of ‘One for the Road’ Caravan Bar at your event site
• Professional bar service of your BYO beverages for up to 8 hours – includes 3 staff: Duty Manager, Bar Person, and Host
• Glassware for service of bubbles, wine, bottled beer & cider, juices and soft drinks for up to 120 guests
• Hydration station with a fruit infused water urn, a still water urn, and Barkers Fruit Syrups and garnishes
• Ice for keeping drinks cold and for service
• Beverage service equipment (chilly bins, drinks tubs, bottle openers, etc)
• Caravan decor to suit your event or wedding style
• Wooden easel with a customised message and bar menu
• Lawn games (up to 3)
• Used glassware collection throughout your event
• Sorting and bagging of bar waste and recycling ready for you to take away
• Consultation with your dedicated event coordinator to plan One for the Road’s part in your event

Things to know:
Catering must be served at all events One for the Road is invited to. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange this.
An additional bar person is required for more than 120 guests, then every 40 guests there after – $60 + GST per hour of service.
Travel costs apply outside of the Christchurch City Boundary. Let us know your event location for accurate pricing.
