Weddings: Professional Service of your BYO Beverages

From $2280.00 incl GST
based on up to 8 hour beverage service, plus bar set up and pack down.

96 – 120 guests – $32 per person
71 – 95 guests – $35 per person
60 – 70 guests – $38 per person

*POA for under 60 or over 120 guests.

Collective Concepts can provide dedicated floor supervisors, duty managers and service staff to assist with hosting guests and providing beverage service on your wedding day.

Supervisor/duty manager
Beverage/bar staff and beverage hosts
Preparation of your beverage service plan
Professional bar service of your BYO beverages following your ceremony through to the end of your reception
Professional table service of your BYO beverages from the beginning of your reception until first dance
Set up and pack down of ceremony and reception service bars
Venue up keep and tidying throughout your wedding day
Heating and service of pre-arranged supper
Glassware cleaning and repacking ready for return to hire company
Post reception table top pack down (i.e. linen and table styling)
Beverage, ice and glassware ordering guidance
All required bar service equipment
Beverage service recycling and rubbish removed to onsite bins or prepared for client removal
Staff travel within Christchurch City boundary (staff travel and accommodation rates available on request)

Cleaning of decor and cutlery etc. to return to hire company

Staff numbers for bar and table service is based on an ratio of 1 staff member to 25 guests (1:25).
Rates are valid for weddings held before 30th April 2025.
All prices are subject to travel and public holiday surcharges.

Events: Professional Service of your BYO Beverages

From $350.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours) + set up / pack down – POA based on requirements

Notes for Weddings or Events: Service of your BYO Beverages :

All service is in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012.
If your bar service periods or guest numbers are outside of the packages outlined above, we will provide you with a proposal accordingly.
An additional service fee may be applied if service bars are required over more than one venue i.e. ceremony and reception held in different venues or if cocktail preparation/service is required.
Refrigeration and/or chiller trailer, ice and glassware is not included. Please advise if you require pricing.
Waste / recycling bins and/or removal is not included. Please advise if you require pricing.
Provision for food must be made when serving alcohol under the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012.
All pricing is subject to travel and public holiday surcharges.

Canterbury Beverage & Service Package

Add a signature cocktail to your next occasion

How much your guests will drink at your event is often a bit of a grey area. Our Canterbury Beverage & Service Package can be a good option to alleviate some of the worry associated with going over budget or not ordering enough beverages when you book a BYO venue. You have the flexibility to select the wines, beers and other beverages (how about a signature cocktail?!) you would like your guests to receive and the number of hours the beverages are available for.

Local wine selection (choice of 1x white wine + 1x red wine)
NZ beer and cider selection (choice of 2x + 1x light beer)

Rates per guest:

$45.00 for 2 hours
$50.00 for 3 hours
$58.00 for 4 hours
$72.00 for 5 hours
$105.00 for 8 hours

Removal of beverage service rubbish and recycling
Staff travel within Christchurch City boundary

Pricing above is based on a minimum of 80 and up to 100 guests. If your numbers are lower or higher than this we will provide you with a proposal accordingly.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic punch, and spirit selections can be priced and included on request.
