Wedding & Event Delivery: Service staff, Set up & Pack down

Wedding & Event Service Staff

Supervisor / Duty Manager: from $36.50 per hour
Event host / Food & Beverage staff: from $31.50 per hour

Collective Concepts can provide dedicated wedding and event floor supervisors and service staff to assist with set-up and pack-down of your venue, assist with styling, greeting, seating and hosting guests, and providing food and beverage services.

 Minimum of 4 hrs per shift required, travel may be additional, different rates will apply for public holidays. Rates cover all administration, PAYE and holiday pay costs. Rates are subject to change in line with annual living wage increases.

Full-Service Wedding Day Pack in & Pack out

Price: From $875.00 incl GST (pack in) + $550 incl GST (after hours pack out)

  • Preparation of venue floor plan to confirm placement of all details
  • Ceremony set up and breakdown – placement and pack down of chairs, styling items, archway and register signing table
  • Reception set up – placement of tables, chairs, lounging areas, catering stations, bar and table top items, set up of gift table, cake table, lounge area and outdoor seating + styling items
  • Reception breakdown – pack up of your styling items into boxes for collection after the wedding and furniture to agreed area of venue for easy supplier collection.

From rates are based on weddings of up to 100 guests and having the ceremony and reception being hosted at the same venue/location.  All the equipment to be onsite and ready to set up at the agreed time. Please note that this price does not include equipment hire and/or delivery of any equipment to the venue, or ceiling installations. Quotes available on request. Approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding, details of set up and equipment are to be provided to Collective Concepts so final pricing and resources can be confirmed.

Beverage Packages and Service of BYO Beverages

Service of your BYO Beverages

Along with full service beverage packages, we also offer the option to serve your own BYO beverages.

From $195.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours) + set up / pack down – POA based on requirements
Includes:
Preparation of beverage service plan, licensed duty manager, experienced bar staff, ice, clothed trestle tables for ceremony and reception bars, beverage service equipment, advice on beverage, ice and glassware quantities required, cleaning of onsite glassware (if venue has dishwasher / steriliser) and/or repacking of glassware for return to hire company, rubbish and recycling removed to onsite waste / recycling bins or prepared for client removal.

Beverage service must be delivered over consecutive hours.
All prices include GST.

Notes:

  • Pricing based on a minimum of 75 and up to 120 guests. If your numbers are lower or  higher than this we can quote accordingly.
  • Refrigeration / chiller trailer / ice and glassware not included. Please advise if you require pricing.
  • Waste / recycling bins and/or removal is not included. Please advise if you require pricing.
  • Provision for food must be made when serving alcohol under the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012.
  • All pricing is subject travel and public holiday surcharges.


Sample Standard Beverage Package

How much your guests will drink at your event is often a bit of a grey area.  A beverage package can be a good option to alleviate some of the worry associated with going over budget when there is an open bar tab.  You have the flexibility to select the wines, beers and other beverages (how about a signature cocktail?!) you would like your guests to receive and the number of hours the beverages are available for.

All full service beverage packages include: Preparation of beverage service plan, licensed duty manager, experienced bar staff, application of special licence (if required)*, glassware, ice, ceremony and reception bars and beverage service equipment, removal of rubbish and recycling.

  • Local wine selection (choice of 1x white wine + 1x red wine)
  • NZ beer and cider selection (choice of 2 plus 1x light beer)
  • Selection of juice and soft drinks
  • Fruit infused water station

Packages must be taken over consecutive hours.
Custom beverage packages can be priced on request.
All prices are per person and include GST.
