Wedding Plan Consultation

Price: $250* incl GST

If you would prefer to take care of most aspects of your wedding day yourself but are stuck on where to start, which suppliers to choose, need ideas around styling and set up, or just need help in one or two key areas of your planning then we are happy to offer advice and one-off consultations or on-site visits as you need them.

• Between 1-2 hours should be allowed for a wedding planning consultation or site visit. Planning consultations can take place in person or virtually
• Following your consultation you will receive a written summary including contact details for suggested suppliers, along with next step recommendations to guide you with your planning
• Option to purchase the Collective Concepts Digital Wedding Planning Tool kit or receive 50% of your consultation fee in credit if you go on to book our Ultimate Wedding Planning or Wedding Day Coordination Services

 

First Steps: Wedding Budget, Planning Checklist and Key Wedding Supplier Recommendations

Our First Steps: Wedding Budget, Planning Checklist and Key Wedding Supplier Recommendations service is ideal if you would like to organise your own wedding day but require initial guidance in preparing your wedding budget, having the confidence to plan your wedding using our extensive digital wedding planning checklist, and finding the perfect suppliers for your day.

First Steps: Wedding Budget, Planning Checklist and Key Wedding Supplier Recommendations Inclusions:

• Preparation of your personalised wedding budget spreadsheet including suggested spends for each product or service based on your own wedding vision
• Access to your custom Collective Concepts digital wedding planning checklist to keep the lead up to your wedding day stress free and on track
• Key supplier recommendations, quotation procurement and comparison of your top three suppliers in each of your key supplier categories. Choose your preferred from the recommendations, then we will arrange in person (or video call) consultations (if required)** and coordinate contract and deposit paperwork when you’re ready to confirm

**In person or video consultations are made for the couple to attend at a time suitable to them and the supplier. If you wish to have your Collective Concepts planner or coordinator in attendance at the consultation a cost of $90* incl GST p/h + travel, if outside of Christchurch, will apply.

 

Wedding Planning Guidance

Recommended booking time: 15-12 months prior to your wedding
Price: From $2250* incl GST

Our Wedding Planning Guidance service the answer to all your wedding organisation needs! It’s the perfect solution if you would like to plan your own wedding but would love the support from a professional to guide you on your planning journey with regular consultations, recommendations, advice and tools.  This is the natural progression from our First Steps service, if you are newly engaged or if you’ve already started to organise your own wedding day, but find yourself asking ‘where to next?’ and would like assistance with all the finer details.

This service is a popular choice for couples with a coordinator included with their venue hire or catering so only need support with planning and on the lead up to the wedding, rather than on the day.

• Introductory meeting to discuss your plans to date and learn more about creating your perfect wedding day – COMPLIMENTARY
• Refinement of your planning to date and creation of a personalised digital wedding planning checklist to continue your planning
• Guidance to prepare your wedding budget using our customisable template
• Regular planning consultations to keep you on track with your wedding planning checklist and to review your wedding budget. The consultations will be based around your specific requirements e.g. supplier recommendations based on your style and budget (and tips on tracking inclusions, confirmations, deposits and final payments), refinement of your styling, signage, and ceremony and reception flow, menu planning, beverage selection, wedding party & MC roles, advice around sustainable wedding planning, health & safety, and alcohol management, planning for speeches and key songs, guidance for set up and pack down, etc. (Between 1.5-2 hours should be allowed for a wedding planning consultation)
• Final site visit or consultation** with you to discuss venue and seating plans, wet weather options, catering and beverage service, and on the day timings, etc.
• Guidance on re-confirming all bookings and details with suppliers
• Guidance on creation of your detailed wedding timeline and run sheet (including wedding rehearsal)to be shared with your venue, suppliers, bridal party and MC
• Guidance on preparing checklists for the MC, bridal party and key family members so everyone knows what their responsibilities are on the day
• Ongoing consultation via email, phone, skype and in person, offering helpful advice and resources for a variety of details throughout your planning journey

The Ultimate Wedding Planning Experience

Recommended booking time: 18-12 months prior to your wedding
Price: From $7450* incl GST

If you’re after the ultimate stress free wedding planning experience then this is for you! Enjoy the build up to the biggest and most wonderful day of your lives, secure in the knowledge your wedding planning is in experienced hands.

• Introductory consultation to discuss your perfect day and confirm your planning and coordination requirements – COMPLIMENTARY
• Access to your customised Collective Concepts digital wedding planning tool kit – planning checklist & budget template, guest list tracker, seating plan templates and more
• Help with preparing and setting your wedding budget
• Recommendations of suitable venues and preferred suppliers that will help create your perfect day
• Attend venue visits** with you or on your behalf (if required) to find that special place for your ceremony and reception
• Recommendations of wedding celebrants or officiants for you to meet and choose one that you feel comfortable with to deliver a personalised ceremony
• Confirmation of venue/s and suppliers, including reviewing of contracts, obtaining deposit invoices and outlining final payment schedules for your budget
• Regular planning consultations to keep you on track with your wedding planning checklist and to review your wedding budget. The consultations will be based around your specific requirements e.g. supplier recommendations based on your style and budget, refinement of your styling, signage, and ceremony and reception flow, menu planning, beverage selection, wedding party & MC roles, advice around sustainable wedding planning, health & safety, and alcohol management, planning for speeches and key songs, guidance for set up and pack down, etc. (Between 1.5-2 hours should be allowed for a wedding planning consultation)
• Communicate with your venue/s and suppliers, either with you or on your behalf, to decide on and confirm all arrangements
• Final site visit**, with you or on your behalf, to discuss venue and seating plans, weather contingencies, catering and beverage service, and roles and timings for your wedding day
• Re-confirmation of all bookings and details with suppliers
• Creation of your detailed wedding timeline and run sheet to be shared with your venue, suppliers, bridal party and MC
• Provide checklists for the MC, bridal party and key family members so everyone knows what their responsibilities are on the day
• Attend and assist at the wedding rehearsal, including a final hand over of last minute details
• Professional coordination of your wedding day**, including elements such as receiving important deliveries, supplier coordination: venue set-up and styling, catering and beverage service, and entertainment set up etc., arrival of guests through until the days formalities are over (generally after the first dance or until the conclusion of your reception if required), management of compliance (i.e Health & Safety and Alcohol Management) and taking care of any unforeseen requirements to ensure you have the perfect day
• Overseeing of post wedding services such as ensuring venue is left clean, rubbish and recycling is removed and hire equipment is returned
• Ongoing consultation via email, phone, video call or in person, offering helpful advice and resources for a variety of details throughout your planning journey
